The Youth Turkey bowl is a Co-ed Flag Football tournament. The Turkey Bowl is a fundraiser to raise money for Operation Christmas Child. The tournament is single elimination, 7-on-7, bracket style.

Any student in the 7th-12th grade can be a part of a team. Teams must include a minimum of 7 players and a maximum of 10 players. Each team must have at least 2 girls on the team and must provide a team captain. The cost to participate is $10 per person. So, teams of 7 cost $70 and teams of 10 cost $100.

Each participant must individually register and must complete a medical release form.

Due to the tournament being co-ed, there are some additional rules that teams should be aware of:

• There must be at least one girl on the field of play at all times.
• A girl must be involved in a play once every 3 downs.
• This means that a girl must either pass, catch, or run the ball once every three downs.
• Breaking one of these rule will result in a 5-yard penalty and a loss of down.
